Clients are strongly encouraged to back up all personal and professional data before submitting devices for repair or refurbishment. While reasonable care is taken when handling devices, Keep PC cannot guarantee data recovery from damaged, failing, or pre-existing storage conditions. Secure data wiping is performed before resale or reuse of devices whenever applicable.

Pricing is communicated transparently and may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the service. Payment terms are agreed upon prior to service delivery.

Keep PC strives to provide responsible and high-quality services; however, it cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by pre-existing device conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
